samples
Bliss Wedding Stationery charge the full list price for each sample plus postage. We will endeavour to send you the exact design and colour requested but sometimes this isn’t possible due to stock availability, in which case we will send the closest alternative. Your sample may differ to how it appears on our website due to the limitations of the print process and the material used. We will redeem the cost of your samples when you order.

We take great care in producing your proofs, but you are responsible for the accuracy of the copy you supply and for proof-reading all text and copy we set out in the proofs. You must make sure the proof is exactly as you want it before you approve it.
-
We will not begin production until we have received approval of the proofs from you, and we will not be responsible for any typing or image errors noticed after the proofs have been checked and client approval given.
-
Please ensure you check and correct any errors in your personal information before you send it to us. This includes people’s names, places, addresses, times, location, table plan details and any text used for orders of service or menu’s. Two sets of amendments is included in the price, and any subsequent amendments will be subject to a charge. Any amendments required must be submitted via email.
-
Once the stationery has been printed, no further amendments can be made, so it’s vital that you check all details thoroughly before submitting your approval.
-
Any delay caused by you failing to respond to proofing items within our timescale could mean a delay in your order.
