Electronic PDF proofs will be created and emailed to the client for checking unless otherwise requested. We take great care in producing your proofs, but you are responsible for the accuracy of the copy you supply and for proof-reading all text and copy we set out in the proofs. You must make sure the proof is exactly as you want it before you approve it.
We will not begin production until we have received approval of the proofs from you, and we will not be responsible for any typing or image errors noticed after the proofs have been checked and client approval given.
Please ensure you check and correct any errors in your personal information before you send it to us. This includes people’s names, places, addresses, times, location, table plan details and any text used for orders of service or menu’s. Two sets of amendments is included in the price, and any subsequent amendments will be subject to a charge. Any amendments required must be submitted via email.
Once the stationery has been printed, no further amendments can be made, so it’s vital that you check all details thoroughly before submitting your approval.
Any delay caused by you failing to respond to proofing items within our timescale could mean a delay in your order.
All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of Bliss Wedding Stationery. All rights reserved. They may not be reproduced in any form without the prior written permission of Bliss Wedding Stationery. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork or designs will be pursued.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any material (for example poems and hymns in your Order of Service) you ask us to include in your stationery; extended to include images that you own or have licensed copyright for; and indemnify Bliss Wedding Stationery against any and all claims arising out of improper use.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Once your order has been confirmed and your invoice paid, however, the prices are secure. The price includes the typesetting, proofs, two sets of amendments to the proofs if required, printing and envelopes where specified. All prices shown include VAT where applicable.
A non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid when the order is placed. The remaining balance (less the cost of any samples) will be due upon approval of proofs.
